Manga Resources Guide · Pure Personal Experience · For Reference

⚠️ Note: Manga Capsule (漫画胶囊) is a reader and does not provide any resources or sources.
We still recommend purchasing or watching official releases on legitimate platforms. For works not available in your region, you can search the websites listed below.

Windows: Not familiar, recommendations welcome
2. Recommended Resource Formats
🎉 Recommended: epub、mobi、zip、cbz
🤔 Average: pdf
🙅 Not Recommended: rar、cbr、jpg、png、7z
Reasons:
epub and mobi have page order controlled by code, offering better controllability, faster loading, and relatively higher resource quality. They support streaming. Covers are individually processed for optimal aesthetics.
zip packages have a simple format, essentially equivalent to folders, with fast loading and relatively good quality. They support streaming. Cover aesthetics require adaptation and manual adjustment.
pdf has many variations and complex rendering methods. While it's a universal format that can open anything, manga PDFs are essentially image collections that are performance-intensive, especially when using AI upscaling—they consume significant memory and battery. Quality is inconsistent and often poorly optimized.
rar and 7z are legacy compression formats from ancient times. Resources are scarce, some are encrypted, generally highly compressed, and don't support streaming reading well.
cbz and cbr are essentially zip and rar—foreigners originally used these extensions to distinguish eBooks from manga, forcing readers to determine file type by extension, enabling comic reader functionality in general-purpose readers.
jpg and png folder image packages are cumbersome to manage, similar to photo albums. On a bookshelf, they appear as thumbnails—ugly.

0、漫画补档 Forum (The Legend That Disappeared)
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Must mention this already-defunct forum with excellent resource quality and various scan masters. The rar and zip packages with two pages per image currently circulating on the market basically all originated from here. It was once my frequently used forum with strict access controls—some resources required a certain level to download. However, leveling up is no longer possible as the admin seems to have abandoned the forum. Latest status: shut down, became a legend.
1、Kmoe (Currently T0)
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
(URLs change frequently; if失效 means domain changed, just Google the keywords. Username and password are the same)
My most frequently used one. Complete resources, many versions. Some serialized manga quality is poor, but sufficient for reading finished works. Primarily epub and mobi formats. Has a free tier; paid experience is more enjoyable, but prices have increased significantly. Some resources require 🪜 to access.
2、Acgndog Anime
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Has various disk resources in large quantities, but not necessarily complete. Some resources are 7z-packed, some are png and jpg image packages, some are encrypted and require computer extraction. But the fact that it's free is remarkable. Not sure if there are paid items—at least it appears free.
3、Comicores
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐
The admin of this site seems very passionate. Many manga wide-page restorations, HD versions, and full-color versions are handcrafted and carefully selected. Downside is the 7z format—downloading gives a large compressed file that requires password extraction, then repackaging into files readable by various readers. Complex process. Recommended for those with computers; not recommended for those without.
4、Manhuazi
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐
Feels like a shell site scraped from Kmoe. Haven't paid for the "faith" tier, so can't fairly judge. Has free quota, some manga updates faster than Kmoe, some slower. Also primarily epub and mobi formats.
5、cc-pdf
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐
Used this site a long time ago. Purchased lifetime membership. Has many vintage manga from early era, initially only in PDF, only supported Baidu Pan. Now has some Quark resources. To avoid being taken down by cloud drives, all filenames have been modified with homophones—OCD users need to fix on computer. Admin's server config is very low, site is extremely slow, domain changes frequently.
6、z-library
Recommended: ⭐⭐
Old established player, great for publications, but manga resource quantity and quality are poor. Many bloggers who don't even read manga recommend it as a manga download site.
8、Know Manga Backup
Recommended: ⭐
Unofficial backup site of 漫画补档 Forum. Registration costs 50R, not recommended.
9、Bu Yi Zhi Huo
Recommended: ⭐
Primarily a 3D model resource site with token system, only has a manga section. Used it before, but the site is quite old and resources aren't abundant. Strengths are some special niche books in American and European comics, plus many art books. PDF format, primarily Baidu Pan. After downloading, various encryption operations—very tedious. Resources are basically搬运党 (reuploaders) earning points, not carefully curated. Expensive—unless absolutely necessary, not recommended.
10、Manga Bilibili
Recommended: ⭐
Haven't used it, just aware of it. Point system and individual purchase system.
11、Tieba or Scanlation Group Weibo
Recommended: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
For new and interesting manga, you can start here. Downside is frequent deletions and censorship.
12、Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, WeChat/QQ Public Accounts, Personal Resource Accounts
Recommended: ⭐⭐
Cheap, foolproof, some accounts are decent and actually provide resources. Don't buy those "1 dime for several TB" deals—they're all garbage. Don't ask how I know.
13、Various Douyin/Kuaisho/Xiaohongshu resource livestreams that claim to give software
Recommended: ❌
14、Some widely-circulated manga download sites that actually can't download or have terrible experience
Recommended: ❌
MangaDex
Internationally very well-known manga community and reading site, extremely rich resources, especially for non-mainstream and niche works. Multi-language with many niche language translations—great for learning minor languages.
漫画DB
Disappeared
Some Xiaohongshu promotions for Quark
Actually promotions for some manga sites—also can't download directly
